Cancellation Policy

MRDS CANCELLATION POLICY

At OUR Practice, all appointments are reserved and tailored exclusively to your needs.
We do understand that life is busy and things can get in the way, but if you can’t attend your scheduled appointment and need to cancel, please provide us with adequate cancellation notice:

• For appointment up to 60 min - = 24 hours’ notice.
• For appointment from 60min + = 48 hrs notice will be required.

Unfortunately, if adequate cancellation notice is not provided or you simply do not show up to your scheduled appointment, a CANCELATION FEE will be charged in accordance with the length of the missed appointment.
